1A - Fair Catalogue Data Entry Form →

The Fair Catalogue will not only be distributed to all exhibitors free of charge during ANKIROS/ANNOFER/TURKCAST 2018 Fairs, but will also be posting to the supporters, chambers of commerce and industry, organized industry zones, offices of Turkish commercial attaches, the Undersecretariat of the Prime Ministry for Foreign Trade and other various establishments free of charge.

You can enter the information to be printed on the Fair Catalogue regarding your company.
You can reach the Fair Catalogue Data Entry Form after you sign up with the username and password sent to you. We advise reading the explanations below carefully before filling out the form some of this information is also present on the form itself.

There is a separate page on the Fair Catalogue Data Entry Form for every company and the information to be printed is as follows:

• Company Name Displayed on Catalogue: The name of your company that is to be printed on the Fair Catalogue. You need to fill out this box with capital letters.
• Address: The address of your company. You must use all capital letters in this box.
• Country: Pick your country from the list.
• Telephone: Fill out like +90 312 4396792 (+country code area code phone number).
• Fax: Fill out like +90 312 4396766 (+ country code area code phone number).
• E-mail: Use small letters to write an e-mail address to be reached.
• Web Site: Write down the web address of your company (if available)
• Hall-Stand Number: Write down the hall and stand number of your firm like Hall1 – A1.
• Local Agent: If you are representing other companies, you need to write down your own company name while filling out the form for the firms you are representing. Leave this field empty if you are filling out the form for your own company. If you are not representing any other firm, leave this field empty.

If the Fair Catalogue Data Entry Form is not filled out, the information on the application form will be used for the catalogue. However, the Fair Catalogue Data Entry Form contains more information than the application form and if it is not filled out some of your company information will be missing. We advise you fill out the form for this reason.

1B- Exhibit Groups (Product Categories) →

Form 1B Exhibit Groups (Product Categories) is the most important instrument for attracting the attention of potential customers to your products and services. Visitors search for exhibitors with the right product spectrum according to their product categories. Product Categories form will provide an easy access for visitors to reach the exhibitors through the information desks, online catalogue and the web page.

2- Advertising in the Official Fair Catalogue Form →

One of the services provided for the exhibitors is advertising in the official catalogue in order for our exhibitors to fully benefit form ANKIROS/ANNOFER/TURKCAST 2018 Fairs.

The exhibitors who wish to have their advertisements printed in the Fair Catalogue have to fill out Form 2 Advertising in the Official Fair Catalogue Form.

Some important reasons to advertise in the Official Catalogue:
• The official catalogue is distributed to all exhibitors free of charge.
• It is sent to the supporters after the fair free of charge.
• The catalogue is considered to be an excellent source of information by sector professionals, embassies, commercial attaches and has a high demand.
• It is sold to visitors during and after the fair.

3- Advertising in Visitor’s Flyer Form →

One of the services provided for the exhibitors is advertising in the Visitor’s Flyer in order for our exhibitors to fully benefit form ANKIROS/ANNOFER/TURKCAST 2018 Fairs.

The exhibitors who wish to have their advertisements printed in the Visitor’s Flyer have to fill out Form 3 Advertising in Visitor’s Flyer Form.

Some important reasons to advertise in the Visitor’s Flyer:
• The Visitor’s Flyer is distributed to every visitor free of charge.
• All visitors use the Visitor’s Flyer continuously because it includes a list and the floor plan.
• Everyone related to the fair certainly looks at the Visitor’s Flyer.

4- Fairground & Web Page Advertisement Options Form →

To investigate the fairground & web page advertisement options and to give orders, you need to fill out the Form 4 Fairground & Web Page Advertisement Options Form.

5- Sponsorship Opportunities Form →

In ANKIROS/ANNOFER/TURKCAST 2018 Fairs, you can gain the attention of your target audience by using the sponsorship opportunities prepared to highlight your brand. To investigate the sponsorship options and to give orders, you need to fill out the Form 5 Sponsorship Opportunities Form.

6- Admission Passes Form →

ou can give the order of the exhibitor passes which are to be worn throughout ANKIROS/ANNOFER/TURKCAST 2018 Fairs, by filling out the Form 6 Admission Passes Form.

7- Stand Furniture Order System →

You need to fill out the Stand Furniture Order System (FORM 7) for any furniture and electrical appliances that you may require within your stand during the fair.

8A- Technical Services Form →

You can fill out the Form 8A Technic Services Form to order electricity, water and air services in ANKIROS/ANNOFER/TURKCAST 2018 Fairs.

Please refer to the Exhibitors Manual for detailed information on technical services.

8B- Telecommunication Services Form →

Exhibitors can order their telecommunication needs such as ADSL Internet, Phone and Fax services by filling out the Form 8B Telecommunication Services Form.

8C- Private Cleaning Request Form →

Exhibitors who need cleaning service during the fair have to fill out the Form 8C Private Cleaning Request Form.

8D- Private Security Request Form →

A general day and night security for the exhibition premises will be provided during the official build-up and dismantling period as well as during the exhibition by the organizer. Individual security guards can be ordered for your booth by filling the Form 8D Private Security Request Form.

Please note that the organizer cannot be held liable for any loss or theft of your own possessions.

8E- Host/Hostess Service Form →

Exhibitors who request fair hostesses have to fill out the Form 8E Host/Hostess Service Form.

9- Fascia Board Form →

You need to fill out the Form 9 Fascia Board Form if you are exhibiting in ANKIROS/ANNOFER/TURKCAST 2018 Fairs with a standard stand or a furnished stand.

10- Technical Plan Form →

Exhibitors with standard stand must fill out the Form 10 Technical Plan where they can indicate the demanded orders on their stand plan.

Your stand plans must be submitted 1 month before the exhibition date for the organizer ‘s approval. Otherwise stand building without project approval of the organizer will not be allowed.

11- Visitors Invitation Request Form →

Entrance to the fair is free, however an invitation is required. You can use the Form 11 Visitors Invitation Request Form to request additional invitations from organizator.

12- Booth Contractor Information Form →

Exhibitors must indicate the contact information of the architects and booth contractors they work with by filling out the Form 12 Booth Contractor Information Form.
